I first went to Mackin's in Vancouver for an estimate, and the wait for a repair was over a month. I was dismayed, but scheduled the drop-off and left. The next day, the Vancouver shop called and said they'd checked with the Longview location and that they'd be able to fit my repair in much earlier. The Vancouver shop transferred my info, and everything went smoothly from there. Having to get repairs after an accident is stressful and frustrating, and I was extremely impressed by how helpful both shops were throughout the process. I appreciate the clear and regular communication, as well as the generally friendly and accommodating demeanors of all those I dealt with. And I especially appreciate the above-and-beyond help from the Vancouver location to get my car repaired earlier. I hope I never need to work with you again, but I'd certainly recommend you to friends!

Mackins did a great job on my truck! They were rite on time with what they said,kept me notified on status by text, very friendly,and fair priced compared to other local estimates. Was also very pleased with how clean my truck was outside and inside! Definetly would use them again.

Looked great good as new except for some very minor difference between the sides of the truck and the rewiring work they did to the winch was not perfect but other then that I'm pretty satisfied
