I would choose Mackin’s every time whether it is a preferred shop or not. I can’t imagine they wouldn’t be a preferred shop for insurance companies though, they go above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, something that you rarely get now days. They took care of lining up my rental, they communicated through the entire process and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. They even detailed my cars. They do everything they can to make a bad situation as easy as possible.
