Full disclosure my ac doesn't really work after my repair but I'm sure when I bring it back up it will get fixed. Still giving a 10 for the customer service and how amazing my car looks after my accident. I'm blown away. I was worried about the color and how it would look with a freshly painted bumper. But you all took my worries away. Back to the customer service part. From the moment I brought it in I could tell how great my experience was going to be. The lady in the back came right out to take photos and you had the first estimate to me right away. Was also able to get my vehicle in right away. I greatly appreciated the phone updates throughout the process, and not just an automated text. If I'm ever unfortunate enough to get into another accident you will have my business!

overall the repair seems good. the drivers door does not consistently latch 100% of the time on the first closure and may require future adjustments.

staff was quite rude about scheduling conflicts that occurred during the repair window. The vehicle was completed while I was on PTO and the repair facility was forewarned what those PTO dates would be. the repair facility was quite negative with their customer service relating to my availability to pick up the repair during my PTO, when I was out of the state.
