Great customer service from the start. I was wow'd from the moment I showed up to the shop, they were immediately ready to get me in a rental and shower genuine concern for the accident I had. I really appreciate how they called me to give me updates and how they followed up after my car was done.

The paint work on the tire hitch cover and fuel flap were fine. The windshield replacement that Ace supervised left the interior of my car covered in white spatter.

I was absolutely satisfied with the results I received from Magic Touch. My car was involved in an accident with the other guy at fault. I'm thankful the other guy insurance company took responsibility and paid for the damages. They also put me in a rental for 11-days till my car was repaired. Once I sat in my car I gave her a BIG hug, she looked awesome, I missed her so much (yes, I call my car a her) lol ☺. After researching and speaking to several body shops, my conversation with Brody was most welcoming. Brody eased my concerns.
