Totally professional staff throughout every department. Very impressed with efficiency and well trained staff members. Was at Maher to use GEICO Express Repair service. Process was flawless. My car was repaired in a timely manner, and I was provided a new-model rental while my car was being repaired. Would absolutely use Maher again. Kudos to management -- they clearly are customer focused.

The work on the car thus far seems exceptional with the exception of the headlight not being able to be programmed. I do understand that it was to be done by an outside vendor which in no way reflects on Maher. I would like to comment on your employee Jordan. That man did an excellent job explaining the entire process, frequently keeping me informed and answered my questions at dropoff, during and after completion. Very customer service oriented and personally I think he needs a promotion. Once again, excellent job and excellent customer service.

Paint job left tape still on car. Overspray on inside of both passenger doors. Will be bringing my car back in early October and expect a courtesy car while my car is being repaired.

When the car was returned the lock button didn’t work and there was a loose handle connection that rattled in the door. They promptly fixed it, but I still had to finish snapping the handle into place and popping the weather stripping in around the door.

When l pickup my vehicle after l was told it was 100% completed it was observed pumper not square. Then after hand washing the vehicle there is over spare on tail gate. Plus after 4 weeks and $8,000 + you would think the vehicle would of been clean it was woarse then l drop it off. When l mention it know one cared.
