It would have been a 10 if the customer service representative would respond to the question about what time you close and not waste my time

The communication was poor. The communication was mostly on s text basis and I had text to find out when you will be closing and to this date I got no response. I went to pick up my car at 6:04 and it was closed. If the gentleman had responded I wouldn’t have waste my time going there.
