6 weeks is too long to keep someone's car. It creates a hardship on people. No one could afford to rent a car for 6 weeks if they didn't have access to another car.

The work looks great!! However, the best part was the excellent communication and customer service by Sarah. She kept me informed and had everything perfectly organized. She is a major asset to your company. To top it off, she is extremely pleasant on the phone. Whatever you are paying her….it is not enough!! Will definitely recommend her to others needing repairs.

I particularly appreciated getting regular updates as the work on the truck progressed. I'm also grateful that when the starter failed on the lot the Maine Collision team was able to coordinate with a third party to resolve the issue.

My telluride looks as beautiful now as she did before the accident! And I love my Telluride!! So glad to have her back and second just as good as she did prior to the damage. And the work is guaranteed as long as I have her! They kept me updated when to expect the repairs to be completed. Super friendly when I picked it up. And bonus: they took care of my enterprise rental and I didn’t have to worry how I was going to return it, enterprise picked it up!!
