I was impressed that every staff member seemed to know that an auto accident was more than about auto body damage. I entered the business still in shock. They gave me the information and assurances I needed. I was also pleased with the turnaround and parts ordering to get the car repaired in less than a week. And to boot my car was clean and “ spiffy”. Yes! I would recommend Maine Collision. My only negative was the wait for Enterprise at Maine Collision lasting about an hour and the wait for the Adjustor which took nearly two months putting me into a schedule hold. I think the auto body repair shop should have a direct line to the insurance company.to assure the estimation in a timely manner.
