After delays, due to the breakdown of equipment. We were told our car was ready, but it really wasn’t. When I inspected the car there were still defects in the car. After the repairs were completed, the car was pristine.

The work that was done on both my vehicles 2017 Chevy Tahoe and 2018 Ford Mustang was excellent. Both look like they came from the factory. I would definitely recommend Maine collision to my family and friends.

Very professional, they had my 2018 mustang longer than expected due to the paint not being up to the standard. So they had the had the car repainted. Communication through the entire process was fantastic. Sarah at the front desk was great to talk to. Sarah would call once or twice a week to give me any update on my vehicle. She has a great personality and she was fun to talk to. She was professional and always had an answer to my question. This was the second vehicle that I’ve had work done to at Maine Collision so I would talk with Sarah all the time. Both times my 2017 Tahoe and my 2018 Mustang came out, looking like factory. I’m very pleased by the work and the crew. If I ever need auto body work again, this will be the place. I’m taking it to.

We have been extremely satisfied with Maine Collision Center and the great repair work they did on my vehicle. We've had to have 2 repairs in the last year and they were one of the few who were available the first time around. They did fabulous work and our vehicle was a good as new. Our second experience was the same. The staff is friendly and kind and very easy to work with. In addition, they worked extra hard and long to get the vehicle to us before an upcoming appointment we had in Boston. Many thanks to them! I recommend them highly!
