First, all of the Maine Collision Center employees were kind, expertly knowledgeable and professional. Sara called me sweetie and sweetheart quite a bit and that made me feel good as a man. What I learned about my experience at MCC was the “process” everyone involved continually spoke about. I couldn’t understand this process because I didn’t ever have any experience with having a damaged car. This was the first time. There were MANY steps to the process, and these steps were divided and could not be completed simultaneously, therefore it took considerable time. Really, it is remarkable to understand what it takes to restore a car to a “like new” condition. This is no easy feat. MCC really came through with awesome customer service when called upon. I had to deal with the trials of patience through the process. This is what I learned. MCC were the ones who did the groundwork. At last, MCC delivered my Subaru back to me in showroom condition. I was very impressed!!! My thanks go out to the whole entire team at MCC, including Kevin, who was my main point man. Tyler at VIVE even stepped in to help. This job was a full operation on numerous levels and I know the team at MCC did their best job to completion. I pray the best for you guys in the future!!!

Bolts not tightened on the skid plate that had been replaced under front of vehicle. Overall a good repair but was a little bit of a disappointment with the attention to detail.

Didn't know when it would be done. Then estimated time to finish was changed several times leaving me in hurry to pick up when it was unexpected. So didn't get to go over what was done

I have only one complaint, this is the 2nd time they have been good enough to reconstruct this vehicle. They did it to quickly it is amazing how fast and precise they were. I am retired so cannot afford to much. Twice I have been hit they were dingbats, may I not have to go through it again. Please Thank the complete crew. Charlie B
