Every one was extremely nice but I think you need to keep people aware of what is happening and when you will be done. I was not aware of the over $900 extra cost. I had to go back to the insurance company.

My auto was in the shop nearly 2 weeks ago I initiated contact on updates. Maybe a quick call to inform me of status every few days would be nice. But everyone was always very pleasant to work with. Great customer service when I did speak with someone.
