Car made a bad rattling sound on the way home from your shop. Hit a couple of bumps and it sounded worse . I was looking for a place to pull over when I hit another bump and something rattled loose and sounded like it fell off. I pulled over and didnt see any tools or a socket in the engine bay or any pieces missing so I guess whatever it was fell on the road. The noise stopped and the car is fine. But it was nerve wracking for a minute there.

My car wasn’t completely done when I arrived to pick it up. Parts were missed when putting the car back together, and spider cracks in the paint were observed. But, I am very pleased that these things are being corrected and I’m not upset with my service at all.

I’m 98% satisfied, and tomorrow I’ll give them a chance to make up that 2%. 1. One of my mud flaps was knocked off while the car is in your care. It is hanging on by one screw. I didn’t notice it until I got home but there is no way it could have happened between there and home. 2. They left two boxes with what appear to be used car parts in my trunk. There is also another used part that is not in a box. There was not mention of this, so I suspect it was a mistake. Depending on how they handle these two items will affect my final satisfaction. I plan to call them in the morning. They all seem like very nice and genuine folks, so I’m sure they’ll take care of it.

It’s honestly too soon to be 100% sure but it all looks great. I did have summer tires put on after the repair and they checked the alignment. They said it was perfect.
