I appreciated that when my car wasn’t finished on time, Maine Collision paid for a rental for the extra days. I do wish there had been more updates with clearer information on where my car was in the process.

This is my third time having a vehicle repaired at Maine Collision and my experience compared to the other two times has been drastically different

After 3 trips to the shop, my collision system that was working fine before repair still isn’t working right. Things weren’t put back correctly any of the times I brought it in, the technician randomly put a bolt through the side of my cargo area. Trim pieces for behind my tires were left off this last time. Not impressed with the quality of the repairs and followthrough compared to prior experiences with the shop.

They did a beautiful job. My Jeep looks as good as new. The completely detailed interior was a pleasant surprise. I had expected a car wash maybe….but not the level of attention to detail to the interior. While I hope I never need their service again, I would absolutely use Maine Collision Center again.
