The windshield in my car should have been covered by this claim. However your tech didn’t include it when he submitted the photos to progressive. He also told me that they provide no opinion on the damage to the insurance company. However, progressive confirmed via text message with me that Maine Collison provided the opinion that the damage was not caused by the accident. What follows is the text I received from progressive “I spoke with the manager at MCC, Charlie, this morning. He confirmed that the windshield was not omitted in error. Their assessment was that the windshield damage was unrelated to the front bumper impact. In my review, I evaluated the damage on both vehicles. There was no missing material from either vehicle that could have separated and traveled at sufficient speed to strike the windshield. The damage pattern is consistent with an object traveling at high velocity or an object of significant hardness, most likely a rock. There was no evidence of energy transfer from the front bumper impact absorber to the windshield. Additionally, none of the inner structural components showed signs of bending or damage. - Dylan K.” The damage to the windshield did in fact occur during the accident. If your shop was unsure about the facts of the accident you should have reached out to me prior to choosing to omit something. I’m still trying to work with progressive to get the windshield replaced because of your shops error.

They were amazing. They called with every update in regards to my vehicle and were so kind. It was refreshing to here someone be so sweet and customer oriented over the phone. That is so hard to come by these days. I felt very informed and even though it was my first experience with Maine Collision I was treated like we were old friends. I would rate their service a hundred on the ten scale if i could.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and sweet. She greeted me with a smile during drop off and pick up. She deserves to know how great she is at what she does. People need to feel welcomed and informed on what is going on. She did all that. I especially appreciated how she explained everything to me.

I got sideswiped a few weeks ago and insurance hooked me up with Maine Collision! They notified me every step of the way in how progress was going and was able to get a rental in a timely fashion. Maine collision was so awesome very time efficient and got the work done very quickly! Was very impressed! The staff is absolutely great here! I called and asked if I could grab some needed things from my car and they let me right in was very kind and understanding! Communicated with me every step of the way! I would definitely recommend people to Maine Collision in a time in need! Everyone was so great! Huge shoutout to Sarah for such strong communication! Gave my mind a sense of relief!
