He handled the entire process from quoting the repairs, to keeping up with me along the way, phone calls, emails, and then to deliver me the final product after repairs. What a true professional and the utmost example of a true professional. Buford Ford Collision has a great representative in Ernest. Can’t say that enough, he made me feel as I was his only customer, in today’s world that’s simply priceless! Repairs were performed excellently and I’m grateful, but for future business - Ernest has single handedly earned my continued business and my companies business as well.

I was quoted 3 days to get my car back after being rearended but they had it back to me in a little over 24 hrs! Ernie was fantastic to work with and so helpful! Was quoted on Wednesday, dropped my car off on Monday, and it was ready a little after lunchtime Tuesday!
