Regardless of my recent experience, I’ve mostly had very positive experiences at Malone’s. I still think that Malone’s is the top shop in the area. I will always recommend Malone’s as I know that customer service is a top priority of the shop.

The bumper and fender molding look great. However upon delivery of my vehicle I noticed scuff marks and minor chipping on other parts of the bumper that were not previously damaged. The incurred damage was relatively minor, and I’m not going to make a big deal about it because the bumper will naturally incurred damage from the road overtime, but it was disappointing that new damage was incurred. My greatest concern is the poor repair quality of the wheel/rim. I understand that the wheel/rim repair was outsourced to a vendor. The vendor did a horrible job on the wheel/rim repair. The paint on the rim is a matte finish, but the original finish of my wheel/rim should be glossy. The repair looks like a can of low quality spray paint was used to cover the scuff marks on the wheel/rim. I spoke with staff members at Malone’s. The employee that specializes in polishing/buffing agreed to “see what he could do” to make the finish glossy. My vehicle was returned about 5 minutes later and I noticed that tire dressing was sprayed on the rim. The tire dressing did improve the look somewhat, however, as I explained to Hugo, the shop manager, the tire dressing is only a temporary fix and once the dressing wears off it will look just as bad as it did before the dressing was applied. Hugo stated that I could call back and schedule an appointment for my wheel to be repaired again as a warranty claim. I was disappointed that Hugo did not immediately schedule a future appointment at the time I was at the shop. I’m also disappointed that Malone’s did not inspect the repair on the wheel before delivering my vehicle to me. My thought is that Malone’s should have inspected the wheel repair, noticed the horrible job, and delay the delivery of my vehicle until the wheel was properly repaired.

Initial customer service was excellent. Follow up phone calls were good. However, customer service during delivery of my vehicle seemed rushed.
