Sensor system was supposed to be recalibrated but wasn’t and sensor are not operating properly. Damage to a tire I pointed out and is clear in a picture taken by estimator was not mentioned much less addressed. Was told an alignment was done but according to Geico it wasn’t. Now I have to deal with this all over again after addressing it multiple times and miss more work to fight to have done what I was promised would be, told it was but wasn’t costing me more time and money

There were some screws on the back passenger wheel well not screwed in all the way but when I called, I was told to come right it, it was handled appropriately and the staff was very apologetic and embarrassed.

Car looks great , even the inside looks like the front was detailed. Repair went quicker than originally thought , even with 2 holidays in there. Expectations and communications were explained clearly and it happened as it was explained.
