The front desk staff was kind and very professional when I dropped off and picked up my car. The work was done in a timely fashion and very much to my satisfaction . I was always kept in the loop as to the progress of the work being done on my car. I would recommend Manchester collision at anytime to someone I know who needs work done on their car. As far as I can tell so far, the repairs are fine. However, the rest of the service was terrible. I have already commented to Geico about the lack of updates I received. Basically nearly every day the second week I received an Email telling me it would be another day late. I have to say the pick-up was a disappointment also. The is the FIRST time I have ever picked up a car that had body work without someone looking over the car with me to see if I was satisfied. Then just when I figured it was finally all over with, I got in the car to drive home and found that there as Armor-All (or something similar) over EVERYTHING. My pants were wet when I got out and the steering wheel and shift lever were so slippery it was hard to drive. We have made two attempts to get the stuff off those items already and are still not done cleaning it up. I will NEVER go to this place again.
