The repair was a very good experience but I'm not sure who gets the credit. GEICO processed my claim within minutes and made arrangements with Manchester Collision at the same time. I was at the repair facility within 30 minutes after the accident. The MC personnel I dealt with were fantastic and could not have been better. When I picked up the car, there were a couple of issues which were not completed and I had to bring the car back three times before they were finalized. It appears that the person who does the final inspection didn't spend enough time looking things over. There was one body panel alignment issue, one broken door handle cable that wasn't replaced and an electronic door switch that wasn't hooked up. Since I'm retired I could manage the extra time but someone who was on a tight schedule would have been really miffed. All in all, it was finally completed to my satisfaction even if it took a few extra minutes.
