The work performed by shop personell looks really good. The issue I have is what the cost was vs. quoted cost and timeframe. That's why a 7. If it was just on the work by the shop it would be higher.

The repairs took longer than expected, and while it would have been nice to have that communicated earlier, I did appreciate the care & consideration provided afterwards to ensure that everything was taken care of and finished.

Went to pick up Rogue and outside plastic panel not secure. Part was defective new part had to be ordered. Picked up again brought home turned around and brought back again as over spray on wheels, rims, glass, entire body of Rogue. I was taken care but this should have been caught by Motor staff verse the customer.

Repair was done well. Appreciated the detailing. I wasn't informed that the protective hood film would require an additional appointment. Had to ask why it wasn't reapplied.
