My vehicle was supposed to be in the body shop for a week. I had called and requested additional work to be done, and they took all my information, but when my appointment arrived, they were surprised. I ended up not getting my car back for nearly two weeks and had to call them to get any updates. It had to stay an additional day because of something they broke. Then, when I got my car, I got in, and neither of my seatbelts worked. They fixed while I waited there. A few days later I realized my driver's side windshield fluid part was totaly missing, I couldt use fluid during a foggy morning when i needed it. Called them four times and left a message with no return. I ended up just driving in, and they put in a new part while I waited.

Everything looks good. Seem to go well. Only thing is is communication between rental company and body shop was a little slow but not bad. We kept getting notifications that the car needed to be returned but our car wasn't done yet. But all in all went well

The body shop at mankato motors did great job repairing the damage on my truck when I pick it up i was very happy on how it looked after repair and clean it looked it looked like a new truck Dylan was great to work with i had no problem with him at all he great guy I hope mankato motors is able to have him for a long time.

Happy with the results of my car. Been waiting to get it done. One thing that could be better was if the contact person would call u back when he’s suppose to . I could have had my car done a couple weeks ago but he never called back and I didn’t think I should have to keep calling him. Finally I called cause ei wanted my car done.but other than that my car was done in a timely manner.
