Betsy and Dylan were both so helpful to me in writing up the estimate, contacting the insurance company involved and ordering parts. We got my car into the shop within 3 business days and my car was only in the shop for 5 days.

Initial estimate was that the car would be unavailable for two days, and we planned our schedules around that - the unexpected extra day left us scrambling to get everyone where they needed to be, and to get the car picked up. The overall customer service experience - specifically the interactions with staff - from getting the initial estimate to getting notified of when the repairs were complete - wasn't as smooth as I would have preferred.
