Keith Snell communicated 2-3 days, yet it took a week. I would prefer an overestimate of time rather than an under estimate. In updates he would switch what he said and say it matches what is in the computer. What is in the computer should match what he communicates. I understand things happen and can take longer, but customers should be given a longer estimate of time in prediction for such occurrences. I also do not feel communication flowed very well with Keith. I had to call him for updates and believe he should be contacting me in a timely manner based on the estimate he’d given with updates. The hood of my car had small abrasions and you can noticeably notice this was fixed with touch up paint. I don’t think this looks the best, but also understand they were small enough where it could not be buffed out.

I am extremely impressed with my experience. Dylan was amazing and responded fast to all of the questions and concerns I had. The final products was great and matched perfectly. I am also extremely impressed with whoever detailed my car. Not only was this a pleasant surprise but they did an amazing job. Overall a very good experience.
