The overall repair was great, and I am sure not every experience is like the one I had. Due to the customer experience it is a hard hit or miss to vouch for the shop and recommend to a friend. It would be one of those "their work is great, BUT...."

Reason for the low score as I am sure it is noted, was the delay on communication between the shop and insurance and/or myself. I had to step in and involve management to get movement on the shop's end in providing the documentation being asked of them. The overall repair was good, did find some inner stains when I arrived, that were cleaned by the manager Jordan.
