Treatment from when I came into the location felt wrong. Then the lack of communication between the rental and collision center was terrible. I can’t say I will use this location again. Staff want to over talk you when you try to explain a situation of what going on with your vehicle. There was no real updated call about my vehicles. However vehicle doors were open over night. Thanks to my app who advised me.

Had to chase down info, called one lady 30+ times one day and didn’t get a call back. They said if the insurance wanted to get an off brand part and I wanted to pay the difference for an oem they’d let me know. They did not. Had to chase down that info as well. I was also told I could not come get my vehicle when there was no estimated time line available, which is irritating. It’s my car I should be able to get it if you’re not going to work on it.
