I did not like how the estimate was about $1,000.00 for repairs and the final amount came in almost double. Either the estimate was way off, or this is bate and switch auto repair.

These questions are about the shop no issues with them at all love that part. The assigned rep from liberty mutual has not been helpful at all. I just call customer service try and deal with a random rep who always seems helpful. I'm still waiting for them to contact me about something
