Excellent customer service. Provided updates frequently and even provided a courtesy shuttle service if you live nearby. Repair was completed earlier than estimated and repairs are high quality. Looks brand new.

The repair job and paint look fantastic. I will, obviously, continue to keep a close eye on it as I just picked it up 5-6 hours ago. Every bit as important, has been the incredible customer service I have experienced with John Frederick. From the moment he walked out to the car with me to look at the damage and begin the estimate, to today when he walked back out to the finished product with me, he has made me feel that I am an important client and that he had my best interest at heart! He kept me abreast of the process with informative texts and included several photos. At the very beginning I informed him that if Marina was to do the work I was going to need the car back within seven business days. He assured me that it would be done and Marina delivered on that assurance! Thank you John, and to all the technicians, body guys, and detailers. As I told John this afternoon, I will most assuredly and gladly recommend Marina Auto Body to anyone I know, or run across that needs auto body repair!
