Car was fixed, not perfectly. Although it was washed in detailed, the driver floorboard was full of dried mud. Apparently from someone’s boots or shoes.

From the start, Lewis handled my repair great. I’ve taken a car to a body shop four times in my life and this was absolutely the best experience I’ve had. The only reason I gave a nine here is because this last time when I went in to get my car fixed, the woman on the left when I first walked in, was somewhat negative about my insurance, and the speediness of the service I would be getting, because my insurance wasn’t affiliated with them. I thought that was rather odd since I have been there a numerous amount of times and I’ve always gotten an exceptional service and positiveness from everyone. I don’t know her name.
