Throughout the repair process, there was a consistent lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I was not kept informed about delays, changes to the timeline, or additional repairs in a timely manner. This created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Additionally, I experienced unprofessional and discourteous behavior from staff members which was disappointing. Due to multiple delays and additional repairs, I incurred unexpected rental car fees that extended beyond the original estimated timeframe. These added expenses were a direct result of the prolonged repair process The way the rental extension and billing were handled gives the appearance of a lack of transparency between the shop and the rental car company. Based on the timing and communication, it felt as though the coordination between the two businesses resulted in me being charged an additional $200 unnecessarily. I will not be using this company in the future.
