My husband and I had a wonderful first experience at Marina auto body. From the first point of contact the receptionist, Char was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made everything very easy. She helped with my enterprise Rent-A-Car and getting situated. She introduced me to Alex and then Alex again was very friendly and helpful and professional and he checked me in and went over everything regarding my cases & the repair & shared that him and Juan would both be my point of contact through the process, if I had any additional questions. Juan was excellent with communication and provided stellar service. The estimated time frame was accurate and everything looked wonderful when I came for pick up. Juan even went over and beyond. I was having an issue with one of my doors that he was able to find a very helpful solution. Then when I finished & Checking out Marlene(a) helped to check me out and again handle the Enterprise Car Rental pick up so just an overall phenomenal experience at Marina Auto Body. Thank you.
