Thank you for keeping us updated throughout this whole nightmare!! We have never gone through being in an accident before and didnt know what to expect...Shelly at the front desk, she is so personable and kind...Makes u feel at ease from the beginning! Luigi explained everything up front and makes u feel like part of the family! The work on the trick was outstanding and the trick wasnt allowed to leave without being all shiny, new and clean!! Like it came from the showroom!! Thanks for a job well done ✔ We would recomend Mario's Body Shop to anyone needing collision and repairs!!

We thought everything was great until we actually got to look at the truck the next day in the light!! There is 5 different things wrong with the paint job on our truck...we were PROMISED that our truck would look better than it did going into the shop but unfortunately in this case they lied...the front end is where all the damage was and u look head on at our hood and u can see the white line from them sanding the hood all the way across it cause they didnt paint the hood fully...There is also bubbles from the paint bubbling up as well along the whole front of the hood and there is flash painting on our drivers side door that was NOT THERE when the truck went in nor was the white on the hood with the bubbles...it looks as if they through the truck together in a fast hurry cause they also did NOT adjust the headlights and they left the Ford EcoBoost Emblem that belongs on the front door in the truck...my hubby was so happy to get his truck back after more than 2 months and now we have to take it back for stuff that should have ALREADY been fixed? Very disappointed...

I was impressed. They are truly kind and I didnt see any fake just let me get your business attitude. I was in the office about 20 mins and watched and listened. Then calling my insurance company they said yes they are the best. They offered more protection for my car but was not pushy. I will recommend then.
