The paint job was incredibly poor. If it wasn’t a lease I would never have accepted the quality in which my car was handed back over the me. There are several fish eyes in the paint & the texture is not even close to matching the rest of the car. It is clear that this bodywork was done entirely by an amateur, this is not the work of a professional body work person. I would absolutely not consider bringing my car back in the future for work to be done by this business.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Charlie who wrote the estimate and called a few times and he answered all of my questions. He also arranged the process of getting a loaner car. The quality of repairs and workmanship was great. There is no evidence of a repair. All electronic functions work, no rattles, wind noise, etc. A rating on 10 would have been earned except the repairs took twice as long as originally projected. Even though in advance of dropping the car off I was assured all parts were available the door assembly was not onsite when the vehicle was disassembled and the vehicle sat waiting on parts. Worse, no communication was made about the delay, I had to call and inquire on Friday of the first week expecting to pick up the vehicle and being surprised of the additional week needed.
