Everything looks amazing. Service was impeccable and very fast. I will continue to get my car serviced at Marthaler in the future. RJ (Randy Johnson) and Steven Dales took the best of me. Explained everything to me throughout the process and even called and gave me updates. They were great. Everything was mostly good, except an oil change was supposed to have been completed but wasn't so I now have to go back to get it done. Otherwise everything was good, courteous service, helpful and timely. . Ransy was good to work with

Repairs look good so very satisfied. We did have a longer than expected wait for a loaner vehicle but as far as the job to repair and the time it took we are very satisfied. Your team did well on the repairs. Just need more loaner vehicles and a better system in communication as to when a vehicle is ready for use. We had to initiate all communications regarding a loaner vehicle. Otherwise no problems. Thank you.
