First of all. It’s not John. It’s Bonnie Pearson, my car. I was extremely satisfied with Marrazzo’s repair work on my car. Not so happy with the insurance agent, Nicholas Pizzi, who barely communicated with me at all. Even after I emailed him and called and left messages. Very unprofessional. I do hope that someone else is handling this claim for me now. Heather at Marrazzo’s also had called abd left messages for Nick Pizzi. I could have had my car in the shop a day earlier and back earlier, which would’ve been helpful as it’s due for inspection this month and I could’ve had that done already. Now I have to take off from work.
