Marshall's employees did a magnificent job repairing damages to our Ridgeling tail light and tailgate. I am amazed at how meticulously they work toward perfection.

While I am totally happy with the repairs, I am somewhat disappointed with the time it took for the repairs. Early on communication would have helped. When communications finally happened, it was a great benefit to understand the process.
