The lack of and then delay of communication and when contacted the information from Ivan to Brian was not given accurately with me as the customer and also with State Farm Insurance. I have repairs that need to be completed. No contact 12/2 called 12/3 awaiting reply from Tim.

Again, the initial customer service before was immediate. Afterwards, there was a constant miscommunication, and now I need repairs due to the repairs completed immediately. I am still awaiting for satifacory follow up and warranteed satisfaction customer service.
