James was such a big help and I appreciated his honesty in dealing with my csr repair. I visited 4 other body shops in the area and all insisted I needed a whole new side mirror unit. James said I only needed a new mirror and he was right. You are blessed to have such an employee with integrity. I can't thank him enough.

Car looks great. The collection center gave frequent updates on delays and when the car was ready as well as any changes in the estimate.

They kept me updated on my estimate and the time and delays until it was ready. After I received the car back the collision lights came back on a few days later. After calling the collision center to tell them, James was very attentive, worked around my schedule and made sure the right part was ordered and installed it within 1 day. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company

I called on a Monday Morning, was able to bring my car in the same day to be assessed. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday and my car was ready the same day. Staff were polite and helpful! Paid less than half of what the dealership and insurance quoted! Thank you so much.
