Maryland Collision Center is a family owned collision repair shop. Timonium is our 8th location. We bought the property at 2011 Greenspring Dr that used to be a mechanical shop and installed brand new paint booths and spent 6 months upgrading the facilities before opening. We have 2 brand new Garmat paint booths, a Car-O-liner electronic measuring system for frame repairs and everything else we need to repair your vehicle. We work with all insurance companies and are conveniently location right off of Route 83 North in Timonium.

I was impressed with the level of customer care from my initial call through pickup of my repaired vehicle. The process was so seamless to include the rental car. Hunter kept me informed throughout the process. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I am pleased with the work. Additionally I was able to have my scuffed wheels repaired too! I was pleasantly surprised that my interior was cleaned too, it really needed it and I appreciate the extra touch! I referred my husband to have his truck repaired from a run in with a deer and I’m sure he will be just as happy!

The Kia dealership recommended Maryland Collision in Timonium , to help me with the damages done to my car. Originally, I went to the Maryland Collision location on E Madison St in Baltimore. Because it was only a few minutes from my house. I arrived there, and felt rushed and ignored. I felt like the guy who spoke to me did not care about the information I brought with me. He didn’t even bother getting out of his chair to see what kind of car I had, or what kind of damage. All he wanted was “give me the insurance information”. I told him “No” and left because I felt as though he was being really rude. The entire interaction did not make me feel comfortable in leaving my brand new Kia there, in their possession. After leaving, I immediately went to the Timonium location where the dealership had recommended, and the experience was night & day. The woman at the front desk was amazing, informative, and kind when I walked in. Jon who was the primary person helping me with my car, took his time. He actually walked outside with me to lay eyes on the car and the damage done. He took pictures of my car, talked to me about what happened, talked to me about how the process actually goes with insurance claims, and did not rush me into scheduling. Jon helped me facilitate a rental car with Enterprise as well. He really made me feel comfortable in scheduling an appointment, and leaving my new car with them. I loved how communicative Jon was throughout the process. If Jon was not readily available, other guys in the office were able to give me details on my car, & keep me in the loop. My car was being worked on for 2 weeks, and the process was easy, and stress free. I felt like my car was safe in their hands. For someone like me who has never been through this process before, the time taken to make me feel comfortable was fantastic. Jon and his team did an AMAZING job on my car. It looks just as it did when I drove it off the Kia dealership lot. If I ever have any other issues with my car, I will be returning to Maryland Collision in Timonium. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Everyone in customer service was professional and friendly at the front desk. Destin- who did my estimate was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not talk down to me as many males do.
