The repair took more than a month which is highly problematic when a rental car wasn’t covered. I understand supply chain issues but I as the consumer can’t influence that and it didn’t seem anything was being done. Communication when moving dates was also not proactive.

Everybody is very personable. But we could never get a clear answer on the status and it was always us following up. Again - I get that things change due to supplier glitches but the goal of customer service should be to ensure this is understandable and to limit the impact to the customer.
