Excellent customer service. Loved the follow status emails. Management & office staff lovely, friendly and efficient. My vehicle was delivered to me within the time promised. Nash, the gentleman in charge of my car knowledgeable, friendly, an eye for detail. When I left the shop I felt that I had left my vehicle in the right place. Nash and his team did an excellent job on my repairs.

All the staff at Master Collision are definitely customer oriented. From the first contact by phone until I picked up my beautifully repaired car, I was well informed as to the progress of the repairs. I can tell that the staff, especially Donna, is well-organized and efficient without losing the courteous atmosphere prevalent in the business. Also, when I look at the finished product, I am glad that I went to Master Collision because the care and craftsmanship that went into the repairing of my car is just amazing.
