Car was'n ready when promised. It was promised for Friday, June 26 and it wasn't ready until Monday June 29,2015. Furthermore when I droped my car off for repair the rental car was not ready and I had to wait about 30 minutos. When the rental car arrived was driping water like it just came off the car wash and they did not dry it off and the interior of the car dirty. They just got a " cheap exterior car wash and did not vacum the interior of the vehicle.

Being treated with courtesy and respect played an important par in my experience at Master Collision. From the moment I brought my car in to the time I came to pick it up I felt comfortable that I was dealing with a company that knew what they were doing. My car was finished beautifully. I was brought out to my car and someone took the time to explain what had been done, what cost reduction measures were taken, and how shiny the repaired part of my car was because it had been waxed & compounded.
