Kathy and Kosta were both extremely friendly and professional and communicative throughout the process, and Kosta went above and beyond and actually identified additional damage that was initially unnoticed by myself and my insurance! They helped me through the process and got the work completed ahead of schedule! I could not be more satisfied with their service. I highly recommend!

Everyone there was very helpful and explained everything to me. I had a walker in my trunk and one of the lifted it out of my rental car and back into my car. He waited for me to get into my car to make sure I was ok. Kathy at desk was extremely nice. My car looks great. I would highly recommend them for your car repairs.

The work was excellent and the people are very, very nice and accomodating. The only problems were the following: 1. The shop told you (twice) that the car was finished when in fact it was not. This caused confusion with the rental car company. 2. The delay was caused by a problem in getting a certain person to come to the shop to do one final adjustment. I don't think that this should be the case.

I’m satisfied with the work they did but my car is still not fully fixed. The bottom piece is missing. Apparently the part is on back order on Audi’s side so this isn’t a shop issue. However, very frustrating my car is still not fully fixed.
