All the repairs needed were complete, but an hour after receiving the car back, I got a sensor issue where my road assist functions were disabled

When I went to pick up the car, the repair was incomplete, and the damages were still visible. One of the headlights was not replaced, the dent in the front was still there and the bumper was not aligned with the base. However, when those were pointed out, the car was taken back and repaired completely. The rep, Matt was so wonderful throughout the whole process.

Customer Service

Matt was very helpful, professional and helpful. He was readily available while other reps would sit at their desks not even acknowledge that someone had walked in the office.

Customer Service

Everyone is great, except for one woman who often calls/answers the phones. I’ve not seen her in Englewood, so I’m guessing that she’s in the Paramus location. When my car was ready for repair (this happened more than once), she called to let me know but vm full, so she could leave no message. She called again some other times but I was busy working and did know her phone #, so I didn’t realize that I should call anyone back (thought it was spam). This would normal be a nonissue because this in this day and age, people email or text. She did neither. So if someone works like me, and doesn’t know who’s calling, I can end up waiting weeks when car is ready for repair (or repaired). And that is what happened (more than once). When I found out and asked about emailing me, she said that they don’t have my email address (which is untrue as I’ve been a customer many times and have received many emails of estimates, etc) But all this is not the end of the world - the thing that really bothered is that she was rude when we spoke. I was speaking softly, kindly, politely … and even before I could ask why she didn’t email me, she was accusatory - mad that I hadn’t answered phone and had full vm inbox. Meanwhile, it was her fault for not emailing or texting. And there is no reason to speak in rudely. I spoke kindly. Plus, I’m the customer. I too have clients. And I speak to them quite well. I would never tolerate any of my workers speaking to a client in a disrespectful way. I’ve had issues with my car and delayed calling the office because I don’t want to speak to her. Sometimes, I’d even rather show up and see if someone there can help, even though this takes more time. (Perhaps she has the “NJ” way and doesn’t realize that she’s being rude. I grew up in queens in the 80s/90s, so I get this rougher way. But this is a different time and place. And even by the 80s NYC standard, she wasn’t nice to me.) Aside from her, you have AMAZING people at your shop. I’ve never dealt with Paramus (except perhaps with that woman), but Englewood is fantastic!
