Received no calls to give updates, as promised when dropped off. Didn't get a call that it was ready, an email was sent instead. Since I wasn't expecting an email, I didn't check for one until the weekend so could have had the car back sooner.

We dealt mostly with Fred and another man in the body shop. They were professional and very helpful. There was a hiccup when they discovered that they had received the wrong bumper, but they reordered and had the correct one the following day which they promptly installed. The 2019 Buick, we were were given, was clean and had almost a full tank of gas. We will definitely recommend Matt LaFontaine to our friends.

The front end looks great, but the breaks still feel soft, I still have a Service SVC light coming on sometimes, and there is a scraping metal sound in wheels now.
