I have had the unfortunate need to use your body shop for repairs a few times over the past couple of years, and with this latest occurrence the repair was excellent. The work is high-quality, and the body shop manager, Jon, has been very responsive, keeps me up to date and informed. I would recommend Matthew’s Ford Body Shop without hesitation.

So upon my own inspection once I got back home, I realized that my fender was literally GLUED BACK ON With GLUE. I don’t believe it was supposed to be glued on, it should’ve snapped in like how the drivers side is, it’s not even lined up right. Please please please make this right and fix it. I got this car last may from matthews and I have trusted you guys with it since. I just wanted it to look normal, like how it did pre crash and it looks stupid on that one side because there is glue all over. I will submit a photo upon request. I am very upset over it I actually cried when I realized it wasn’t right. Thank you, i’m sorry i’m so dramatic i’m just very sad.
