We had an excellent experience! They did a wonderful job repairing the car, it looks great, and we were very happy with the quality of the work. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that they had detailed the inside of the car as well. That extra touch really showed how much they care about their customers. Cosmetically, everything looks as it should. However vive and progressive failed to diagnose and or fix the issue with my cars A/C system. The system was functional with no issues before the accident but now it will not even hold a charge.
