I can't answer this honestly at this time just due to the fact that I don't know how my concerns will be resolved at this point. This could easily go up or down depending on how everything is handled.

It's tough to really answer this question not being an actual mechanic; however, over the past few days I have started noticing things that I felt should've been taken care of. I have contacted Matthews already concerning this, and they are willing to take a look at it for me. My biggest dissatisfaction about this and what may not be seen is the location and hours is an inconvience for me, and it just bothers me that I need to go out of my way to get these issues resolved, especially when it wasn't my fault.
