The repair itself looks great. The team forgot to replace the plastic shields under the driver and back passenger doors. It was an easy thing to put back but annoying that I had to return to the body shop after I noticed

Great skill in repairing my collision-damaged car, which now looks like new. Complete transparency at every stage of the process, including dealings with the insurer. Regular communication and updates from both Will and Doug. Great job! The Paoli Ford body ship is the best!

Doug was great and walking me through the process, and I felt like I was in good hands from day one. I can’t be happier! Customer service is outstanding. However, the quality of the work is far below expectations. The assembled parts are not aligned even after multiple reworks. I see many minor scratches throughout the vehicle.
