I had a wonderful experience at Mattâs automotive from estimate, oil change to completion of repair post car accident. Travis was super helpful and kept me updated on the progress. I had car available at no cost while my car was worked on.The car looks perfect after completion.

When the paint job was baking, dirt was also baked into my paint job and will have to be buffed out professionally costing me additional money in the future. I feel this should have been considered before the curing process.

Just didn't feel like I was kept in the loop very well. Was promised a phone call back when I would call in, but never received them. Really frustrated on that part. The work itself and the explanation of what was done was great.
