Matt is a very nice person, but it shouldn't take three attempts to fix my car. The initial repair led to a new problem (the parking assist light). This second repair led to a new problem (the side mirrors not functioning correctly). I'm a very patient person and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is no longer okay.
